justify the administrative overhead of booking in the assembly

result we are reducing our role to one of monitoring the quality of the
work of our network of assemblers. This means you now contact our self
employed assemblers direct. This way we intend to ensure the quality of
workmanship remains high and can provide the service at a lower cost
