Terms and Conditions (PRIVATE CUSTOMERS)

Please find below a summary of our terms and conditions,

Payment Terms:

Payment is due on completion by CASH OR ONLINE BANK TRANSFER (preferred).

Late Payment:

For late payment, we add an administration fee of £90 to cover the cost of debt recovery and proceed with this swiftly. We are a small business taking lots of small payments, if we do not ensure payment is made promptly we will very quickly run into cash flow difficulty. Therefore we enforce this clearly and firmly without hesitation.

Rates:

The assembly service is a fixed price loosely based on the following notional rates, this is how long an assembler with 2 years full time experience would take to do the job. However actual times will vary due to the assembler's experience and the amount of space available etc. So all our work is done on a fixed price, regardless of the rates shown below and how long the job actually takes.

• 1st hour (or part of) £90.
• Every 30 mins after first hour £45.

Customer Cancellation or Customer Postponement

• Before 5pm the day before - no charge
• After 5pm the day before - we reserve the right to charge the minimum charge in your area (£80-£120).
• On the day (i.e. after midnight the night before) or customer not present or not contactable - we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the job.
