There are lots of ways to share IKEA information. The simplest two are the 8-digit product codes, for example 123.456.78 (also displayed in many places as 12345678). However, it gets complicated with larger orders and what we call the IKEA Curve Ball. Large Orders: If you can copy and paste your whole order from your receipt (remember quantities are important), that is ideal. If you cannot, you will receive an email and you can email us a photo or screenshot of it — our AI will pull all the codes out and create your quote. IKEA Curve Ball: IKEA use aggregate product codes, so a PAX wardrobe (modular) displayed on their website will have a single product code, which is actually made up of numerous product codes for all the frames, doors and KOMPLEMENT fittings it is built from. IKEA have done this with the MALM beds as well — the bed, the slats and the SKORVA mid-beam all have separate codes. IKEA also have Planners for BESTÅ, PAX and PLATSA to help you design your wardrobe. You can send us your 6-character design code (letters and numbers) and we can view your design and create a quote.
