Next sell a wide variety of home furniture. It is very good quality, some of which in our opinion is the best flat pack furniture on the market, in terms of quality of the finished product.
Like all furniture there are some specific difficulties with assembly but the most common is simply the wieght of the panels and the effort required to screw in some peices. Therefore the time it takes the novice assembler should not be underestimated, some people will find it easy others more challenging. We are extremely experienced in the assembly of all of the items in the Next Furniture range and can help you with this easily. Below you will find a fixed price table of the assembly cost of each item they sell which requires assembly:
PLEASE NOTE:
- Minimum Charge is £40
- (ie if you add up the costs below and it is less than £40 you will be charged £40).
- A Call Out Fee of £10 is added to the prices below when providing a quote.
- Attaching a wardrobe or bookcase to the wall is optional and is £10 per item.
- Each Unit below is charged at £3 and is equivalent to around 5-7 minutes labour depending on the available space and experience of the assembler, this is an effective hourly rate of £30 per hour.

- Use our online quote engine to get a quote for the furniture you want assembling.
- Book an Appointment
- Use our online automated booking process, or.
- We will then ask you to give us 3 dates when you want us to come.
- We will confirm the appointment we can do within 1 hr (during normal opening hours).
- We do your Job
- We will arrive within your appointment start time (1 hour window ie 2-3pm).
- We will assemble your furniture.
- After the Job
- Our Assembler will close the job down.
- We send you payment details (*) and a link to close the job, provide feedback etc.
- We send you a receipt and our guarantee.
