Details were also provided regarding the responsibility for disposing of packaging etc and the method of payment on completion. On the chosen day, the assembler arrived on time and got straight on with the task of assembling our flat pack furniture. He was friendly, confident and carried out the task with enthusiasm and care. When he had completed the task he ensured we were fully aware of what he had done and were happy with it. We paid the quoted fee by bank transfer and received a receipted acknowledgement within an hour.
