He fitted me in at the earliest opportunity he could which minimised the disruption in my house. He disassembled a wardrobe and bed for me on his first visit. He took great care in ensuring the pieces were stored in an appropriate way to avoid any issues when the time came to put the items back together. There was a delay on my side which meant I had to rearrange the follow up appointment with John. This was not a problem and he was happy to move appointments to more appropriate times. The furniture was rebuilt to an excellent standard on the follow up appointment. On both occasions I was very impressed with the care John took when moving large pieces of furniture around to ensure no damage was done to paintwork etc. All in all I was very happy with the service provided by John and would definitely use flat pack aminos again for any future furniture build needs.”

“The fitter turned up at the prescribed time, I was surprised at the speed of the installation and it was completed in the time that was given in the estimate proposal. The fitter explained everything about the units, lights etc after assembly and that doors, although not requested at the time of purchase was an extra that could be fitted at any time in the future. All packaging was neatly stacked and there was no mess left anywhere. I was surprised at the price and speed of build, it would probably have taken me 2 days to do what the installer did in two and a half hours and the price was better than expected, it was also very easy to contact the company, give them all the details of what was purchased from IKEA and left him to it. Highly recommend them over other companies, and NO I am not related to anyone in the company or the fitter, just so you know.”

I was delighted when offered a date 4 days from booking. On the day everything ran on time. My assembler arrived on time and looked smart and professional.
