Unlike most websites, we have not added half a dozen testimonials and left it at that. We always ask for a testimonial off our customers. 

We send our Customer Satisfaction Survey to all our great customers and this is where our testimonials come from. This is part of our commitment to continual improvement (BS5750/ISO9000) so we know what we did right and if we did anything wrong what it was. That way we can strive to be the best.

Very clear pricing and really good that they find out exactly what your item is before quoting it means you know that you are not going to get told they cannot do it when they come. Got an appointment literally days after booking and assembly was straightforward, professional and left neat and tidy. They were able to retrieve one of the nuts I had managed to get stuck in a fitting (hence the call for a professional!), kindly put some felt protectors on to stop it marking my floor and moved it into place for me which was really appreciated. All in all 10 out of 10.

All of the packaging was cut down to a manageable size and put in my garage for later transport to the recycling. The instructions given prior to the day were spot on and communication was excellent. Your efficiency made this flatpack build stress free and I am absolutely delighted with the finished product. Two of the shelves were damaged in transit and Edwin instantly put my mind at rest. He informed me of how to get replacements and also showed me how to exchange the pieces. I will definitely use your company again and would highly recommend it.

  • Brilliant service and will use again, if I purchase any more flat pack furniture. Will happily recommend to others. Arrived at stated time, and bearing in mind, I had to cancel original date, owing to problem with furniture delivery. There was no problem, when I gave 48 hours notice, to say furniture had not arrived, but, there would be a 14 day delay. Furniture evenutually arrived and was fitted by FP Amigos the following day. Expected it to take a lot longer, owing to own experience with assembling flat packs. Not only quicker, but, also it was stress free. Thoroughly recommend the service.

    • Use our online quote engine to get a quote for the furniture you want assembling.
  2. Book an Appointment
    • Use our online automated booking process, or.
    • We will then ask you to give us 3 dates when you want us to come.
    • We will confirm the appointment we can do within 1 hr (during normal opening hours).
  3. We do your Job
    • We will arrive within your appointment start time (1 hour window ie 2-3pm).
    • We will assemble your furniture.
  4. After the Job
    • Our Assembler will close the job down.
    • We send you payment details (*) and a link to close the job, provide feedback etc.
    • We send you a receipt and our guarantee.
